It's A Long Story (Part II)

We drove around town, in search of the perfect spot. I guess we headed to Damosa IT Park next. It's a pretty new place... with a few establishments... This time, we wanted to eat pasta. =) We parked the car, and decided to make an "ocular inspection" by foot. Spirale was already closed... Caffe Figaro was about to close (It was 11:40 PM; they close at 12) - too bad, they serve yummy pasta. Dimsum Diner doesn't serve pasta. There were a few shops there, I couldn't remember their names. hehe We walked across the street, and went straight to Damosa Gateway. We realized there's a Space Burger shop there, and their burgers are always inviting (even if we were craving for pasta), so we walked hurriedly... but as we got closer and closer to it's doorstep, the "closed" shop sign was getting clearer and clearer... (I don't have a 20/20 eye vision, so I can't see the sign from afar. I only wear glasses if it's really, really necessary.) *sigh* There goes the space burger dream... =/

The shops at Damosa close early on weekdays... but most of them remain open til 2am on weekends. Good thing we took goofy pictures along the way. At least our effort of walking around wasn't put to waste. There were Halloween decors everywhere, so we took advantage. Nobody was watching, so we kinda owned the place, and we had a greeaaat time taking goofy pictures with the Halloween monster-decors. Hehe

Then we remembered Fagioli Coffee Club, the coffee shop next to Kia Motors, and across Concentrix (formerly, Link2Support). So we walked back to Damosa IT Park, passed by Market Basket, passed by Dimsum and the other shops... and my sister's bf walked across the highway to check on Fagioli's... Sadly, that too, was about to close... So with a heavy heart, we walked back to the parking lot, but we never lost hope on our quest for pasta... On our way back to the car, just beside the Dimsum Diner, a mentos-moment happened... one of my sister's sandals broke apart! haha Guess what we made her do? I'll tell you the rest of the story in my next post... (I told you it's a long story... hehe)
